Cancellations are subject to the cruise line's cancellation policy. In addition, OK Cruise charges the following administrative fees:
- If payment is collected directly by the cruise line (most common scenario): Cancellation fee is USD 10.
- If payment is collected by OK Cruise: Cancellation fee is 3% of the booking amount.
